Update: Missing 1.0 Titles & Did Not Receive Pot(s) of Metallic Gold (Dye)

Update: I posted this on 12/20/2014 and it was eventually moved to the "Accepted Bugs" area but is still unresolved. Missing titles have been an issue since the launch of 2.0 and the fact that I'm not only missing my titles but I still haven't received my four pots of Metallic Gold dye is... well, it's flat out unacceptable. I understand the achievement title "issue" may require an intricate solution but I don't understand why someone can't get my dyes to me. Can someone at least get me my stupid dyes?

I've been missing several titles since the start of 2.0 that I earned and obtained in 1.0. The titles I am missing are: "An Amalj'aa's Worst Nightmare", "Stonesplitter" and "The Wanderer's Shadow". I'm also missing the four pots of Metallic Gold Dye everyone was to receive due to the retainer error. The Mogstation has "Pot of metallic gold" listed under "Other Received Bonus Items" but none of my characters have received them.

1. Checked Legacy achievements.
2. Legacy achievements unlocked.
3. Titles listed at the top are not available in 2.0 despite having unlocked the achievements and having spoke with Jonathas in 1.0 to obtain said titles in 1.0.

Dyes
1. Checked Mogstation and am eligible to receive the four pots of Metallic Gold dye but have not.
