LF a static/fc for t13,Savage coil and possibly 3.0

I'm currently looking for a static/fc for t13 and savage coil. I just started playing FFXIV again two weeks ago. Initially, when i first played the game last year, I thought it was boring. I only reached till Ifrit Hardmode and decided to stop playing the game. This was primarily due to the fact that my main class was a pld. Anyway, a friend convinced me to give it another ago and two weeks ago, I started playing FFXIV again but this time, I thought I'd give a dps class a try. In the past 2 weeks, I have levelled my drg to 50, unlocked coil, cleared t9 with friends, and cleared t10, 11 and 12 using duty finder. However, i'm currently stuck at t13 and I cant seem to overcome this hurdle with duty finder. Hence, I've decided to look for a static who is interested in clearing t13, savage coil and possibly 3.0 content when it comes out. (Really depends on how I fit into the group).
I know how important dps numbers are sooooo:
3 minute parsing on a practice dummy : 530 dps
T12 Phoenix : 520 dps ( This is my overall dps at the end of the raid)
These numbers are without pots/food.
My gear (ilvl 123) :
Weapon: Augmented
Head: Dreadwyrm
Body: Dreadwyrm
Waist: Dreadwyrm
Hands: Dreadwyrm
Feet: Weathered Astrum Sabrons (Soldiery)
Legs: Demon legs from WoD
Necklace: Dreadwyrm
Bracelet: Dreadwyrm
Earings: Gloam (oils of time)
Rings: Dreadwyrm and Gloam Ring (Oil of time)
I know my gear is not optimal/ideal but having just started 2 weeks ago, the only way I could obtain gear is from drops. I spent all of my poetics on my weapon which is why I had no choice but to grind WoD and coil afterwards for clothes/ accessories. I know majority of drg's non crafted BiS are Augmented gear buttttt yeahhhh....... Was hoping they would remove the poetic cap with this patch but oh well.
Anyway, I'm currently looking for a hardcore/ semi hardcore static/fc who are able to raid on most nights.
I'm available from 9pm - 2am (GMT +10) on weekdays and pretty much whenever on weekends. That being said, I would prefer a specified and fixed schedule as it allows me to organize my time for work and uni.
And yes, i can use mumble/teamspeak/skype etc. :)
