Aethernet and Summing Bell issues

I've been noticing a few things that I find wrong to new players about the Aethernet shards and summing bells. Now I've seen this issue where players will afk in the shard, new players will walk into it, then walk back, walk back into it, and then sprint away to run to the destination instead. I've been in a city and larger character models can block out the summing bell if they are using crafting benches when they lean down.

So if you don't want to give a 6hr, 12hr, 1day temp ban for being a public nuisance. I mean if you can get banned for spamming chat, then why not for blocking city access bells and aethernet. If that is too harsh, then allow an option in the teleport section to access aethernet functions when we are close to one so we don't even have to click on it at all. As for summing bell, a dead zone that says you can't craft here.

target filters can fix your issue.sum ppl are ignorant and stand on stuff but filters will help you target bells and stuff like that

I had a little trouble at first but I figured it out a long time ago but its more like new players won't have access or don't know the information. Actually at first I found it amusing and a little clever but its a little disheartening to see people try and see their character move in and out and then give up and run to the next one. The average player wouldn't use the forums at all, which I think is a shame but that is something else entirely lol. So its not my issue but... idk I feel bad for them. I could just be making mountains out of mole hills but I'd rather put it out there and see what happens. I even talked to GMs and one said they'd look into it and the other said they'd do nothing. So either the 2nd one is lazy or the 1st one just doesn't know anything or lied.

Hmmm never had a problem with someone blocking a bell/shard/npc... even when there's a giant bird in the way or anything the default sheathed targeting just goes through it...

I usually just cycle through selectable targets if someone on a Behemoth went afk on somewhere I need to be (mor dhona vendors) Im not the only one either, its quite hilarious seeing a bunch of people huddled in Bahemoths butt.
