When will Heavensward PS4 digital edition be available for pre-order?

I'm sure this has been mentioned before somewhere as I know I've seen a thread asking this, but can't find it and never viewed the thread because I assumed it will come when it comes, but it has been quite a while since the physical version went up for preorder and still no digital.

Use the Search function to look up things like this. You can also use the Developer Tracker to see past posts from the Community Team to see if they had anything to say about this.

They've said that PS3/PS4 users who want to download the Digital CE from PSN need to wait some more; Sony and SE are still in the works on releasing the pre-order page for this on PSN.
