Small needed changes to FFXIV

First off good work on the patches dev team, your hard work is appreciated :)

There are a few changes i would like to see implemented in order to resolve a few annoying issues with the game... Leaving out some of the issues mentioned in other posts

Party play:
1. While in a party, if a member of the party is fighting you are unable to teleport, craft, repair until the fight is over, even while they are in a different zone or out of range.
2. an issue when you are fighting a monster and the party leader is not in range you are not awarded SP.
3. An issue where you are not able to promote members of a party when they are out of range.
4. an issue where you are not able to see a party members rank/level when they are out of range.

Monsters:
When a monster re spawns there is no timer for when he is going to aggro. (ie. if a monster pops in front of you he will attack you before you even see him appear)

and a few suggestions:
-FFXIV Message boards in game for LS recruiting, random player events, seeking partners for grinding, leves, NM hunting.
-The ability to buy an sell from a single menu option in shops
-LS banks to share items that arent needed
-Sorting market equipment by level.
