What motivates you?
For those of us who spend a high percentage of our time in Duty Finder, we know that the DPS times are long. Heck, it's starting to show on WHM as well. If you are main DPS, and let's say you're working on Relic/Zodiac. Do you queue all the time as your DPS, or do you swap it with your heal or tank?
In my case, I begin to wonder if I should have just done the Zodiac for tank or WHM since within an hour, I'm probably doing a dungeon two or three times with no drop, and that I must queue on those roles constantly or else I'm not making progress.
There are people with Zetas on all their DPS classes. What drives you to queue on that class only besides getting Light and Tomes?

I'm doing Zodiac for my dragoon. i queue on my war to get my drops and also practice tanking for Dark Knight when that comes out
-
My monthly sub :)
And I've made a great bunch of friends in Eorzea, irl meet ups never get old.
-
Well I usually do stuff between the dungeons and it would be hard to level my remaining classes that are under 50 if I queued as a tank. :D
-
I queue as DPS because it's less stressful than healing (and tanking, I hear).
-
Dunno.
I havent touch a single craft job yet since i joined in 2013, quit T9 due to bad people everywhere. The extreme Grind and RNG (feels like RO but even worse) killed my time too.
So i just log in to do some pony farm and cap the tomes per week.~

Eorzea's Next Top Model has been motivating me gear-wise. I leveled Weaver and Bard for particular looks XD
And My Friends have been motivating me to stay in game LOL
And the fact that I just love being a DPS and setting things on fire. Q times don't bother me because the world is beautiful and there's plenty to do while I wait, like work on my book. Or go fishing, or scenic scouting. Or chatting it up with fc members, or working on my book, etc etc.

I'd never even try a Zodiac as a lone DPS. For my NIN weapon, I queued exclusively with my friend who was working on her WHM one. Zodiac is bad enough with instant queues because RNG can screw you over SO hard, add DPS queues on top and - no thank you.

When I get home from work, it's around midnight. My server is usually dead, so there's not much going on outside of crafters selling gear or static recruitment in the PF. I then find myself getting sleepy once content do pop, or I feel forced to play another game.

I did the dungeon drops as my SCH, for my Yoichi Bow
what motivated me was that the bow is the best looking bow in the game and I NEEDED TO HAVE IT.
Even after that 40th run of Copperbell HM where I wanted to murder everyone I partied with,
