Steps:

1. Achieved Lancer Rank 36.

2. Wailing Barracks' linkpearl was not glowing on the right of the in-game date & time gadget (located by customization on the left bottom corner of the screen)

I opened another thread about this matter just a few days ago. Since it was related to another NPC linkpearl I thought I should post this one.
Feel free to tell me whether I should post another one (in case it happens again) or not.
