Adversaire<VERSA>'s core group is LF a min-maxer BRD/BLM/WAR for 3.0 progression

We cleared FCoB in 48 hours total of raid time. We raid Tues/Wed/Friday for progression starting from 7 PM PST until 10 PM PST. In FCoB we dropped Wednesday due to scheduling conflicts, but for 3.0, we plan to keep to a casual schedule and focus on playing smart rather than hard.

Group is tight-knit, trolley, likes to have fun, but we keep a productive and chill atmosphere during progression.

We're looking for a player who puts the raid above his or her own performance. The ideal candidate should strive to do every single mechanic perfectly every single time while maximizing DPS and optimizing the raid situation. It's about team play and making the fight easier for the team. We realize this is more of an ideal to strive for and in practice, everything is far from perfect.
