Legacy tattoo missing after using Fantasia?

Hi, I recently used a fantasia on my character to change race. After my race change was finished I noticed that I no longer have my legacy tattoo. The tattoo means a lot to me so I was wondering if there was any way to get it back?

Steps: I have attempted to use the /lmark and /legacymark commands in game however this hasn't worked. I have contacted SE support through email who told me that this was an in game issue and I would need to contact a GM, I made a GM ticket who said I should report this as a bug on the forums here.
