PS4 Digital Pre-Order for Heavensward on SE Store...?

Sorry if this has been addressed, but I noticed Heavensward is finally available as a digital download/pre-order for PS4 on the SE store. When I go to purchase it, I noticed there is a shipping and handling charge. Why is this? Wouldn't the digital download just be redeemed via some kind of code in your email? Or am I doing this wrong? Any chance it will be available for pre-order/purchase on the PSN?

EDIT: Noticed there isn't any mention of S&H charges for digital pre-orders...

Bayohne mentioned in a post I commented in a week or two ago that the Digital CE will be coming to the PS Store and console players will still be able to get it in time to get early access and the in-game CE items, but no concrete date was given for when it will hit the PS Store. I'm looking at the Square Enix Online Store right now and there is no digital download there for Heavensward on the PS3 or PS4.

Thanks! After re-checking the store I see my mistake. Guess I'll keep checking the PSN..... :).
