Steps:
1. Started quest "Hest of the Best"
2. Open duty finder to find Hero on the Halfshell
3. Duty finder does not display any Hests to join.
4.Speak to guildleaves in 4 major city including starting city of Gradenia to start and complete all level 10 guildleaves
5. No guildhests unlocked nor quest to unlock them has been found.
