Leves Quarrymill Bug

HI my name is Elirra Star

I had this bug us you with the quest leves of quarrymill to turn in to Nyell. I completed the quest but cant turn it in freezes my game. Ive tryed diffearnt comps updated all my drivers logged in to friends comps to try and trun it it and still having the same issues. Ive submitted in game bug reports and got no help. I even called tech support and he went through all the help he could give and still no soulution. I cant even abandon the quest and repick it up every other quest i can but this one i cant.it just freezes my game and i got to restart it again i've tried disabling fire wall anit virus, resting my modem so on. I even tryed fresh reinstalls had this isssue since the game came out.

the spec for my comp are
GPU Gefore GT 640 3gig of ram
CPU AMD Athlon (tm) x4 806k quad core processor
Memory 16 gigs of ram
OS Microsoft win 7 home premium

I dont know if any one eles is have this is is the anyway to get the quest removed ?

Not a mod or GM here, but which leve is the one causing you issues?
