About Us:
Advent Union is the #1 FFXIV raiding FC on Leviathan (NA) that was founded upon one basic philosophy: play smart, not hard. We raid 4 days, 12 hours per week, clearing all of the hardest content at half the time of other FCs that raid significantly more hours. Advent Union has a laid back atmosphere, but we do expect more of our raiders than most guilds since we only raid 12 hours per week. All raid spots are competitive, which means that a trial can easily replace a seasoned guild veteran if that trial performs better. We are ALWAYS looking for good players who have competitive skill but may not have twenty or thirty hours per week to dedicate to a video game.
Raid Times:
Monday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
Tuesday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
Wednesday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
Thursday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
Progression:
Advent Union takes new content extremely seriously. Weeks prior to the patch dropping there is a sign-up sheet for two separate groups of players: those who will be on the second the patch drops, and those who can still only make the regular raid times. Raid groups will be formed around these two groups to make the best use of everyone's time and energy. Raid days are usually extended to four nights a week (Monday - Thursday minimum, with the possibility of even more days if there is enough interest) and raids can be extended.
