Want: Potentials for Heavensward Static

Hey Lamia!

Searching for people interested in a HW static. Old group was T13 farm capable, but disbanded. The roster won't be solidified till folks get a chance to try out DRK, AST, MCN, so no rush to commit immediately. If you are currently in a static (but may jump around) or find one before I form up, no bigs.

How I run raids: Serious. TS3 - there are only 1-2 people calling out mechanics, rest are silent except for "oh shit" moments. Raid nights are 2h long. From experience that's when fatigue hits & performance tanks. Members expected to research on their own. Outside of raid we mess around, friendly banter, etc. Constructive criticism - definite yes. "For science!" - definite yes. Weird stuff like Xeno's 7 WAR 1 SCH T13? Definite yes! A Google Doc is used for organization, members are expected to check & update it regularly. FCOB clear experience preferred but not necessary as long as you have growth potential.

About me: Serious enough about end-game to raid full-time on 2 characters. I don't expect others to have the same addiction ;) but there must be commitment. I don't enjoy spoon-feeding & am very much into team effort. We all grow individually & bring our strengths together. Folks who use their static as a tool are heavily frowned on (eg. have all loot from a Turn, don't want to help static member farm). I'm also willing to play any class.
