Steps:

I began fighting a Dread Gaze in dungeno Dzamael Darkhold.
After about few seconds battle was startings i was pulled out from te game with message connection lost (It'snt true because my smartphone and table was working correctly).
I'll try to re-enter on the game but I can't, when i try to start game, after this it appear another message that tell me i can't enter in the game
The other issue that appear after this is my character profile, except for the name, it was completely gone. I don't see the figure of the character at starting game.
