Xen of Onslaught is actively recruiting for our Final Fantasy XIV Division! We are looking for active, community oriented players with an emphasis on expansion game play come June. We are first and foremost a >community< FC. The goal of the FC is to remain competitive. The FC is a family; we help each other, and foster a team environment. No one person is more important than the other. You will always have the support of our members, whether it be raiding or Triple Triad!
We believe skill is taught, not born, and that we can achieve anything as long as we work as a team. This is not only an FC mindset, but a XoO mindset as well. When you join XoO you are not just joining a Final Fantasy XIV Free Company, you are joining a broad and diverse gaming community that strives to be the best in every MMO we set our eyes on. We have over 11 years of server and world firsts that span countless MMO's. When you join us, you join a community where the best is always the standard. Where the community as a whole is family. We are always growing our list of supported MMOs where our members can grow, learn, and achieve greatness.

We are mainly gearing towards preparing for the expansion, and building the FC towards that goal. Endgame is fun, but new content is better!

Applicants will have to go through an interview with the Free Company leaders and sign up on the guild's website and apply to the Division.

04/22/2015
With Heavensward on the way we have switched focus and are currently building NEW raid statics within the FC. Looking for full raid group recruits to startup and and run in preparation for 3.0 launch. All new raid groups will be able to enjoy independent raid schedules and static makeups that will fit each groups goals.
We will be needing new Tanks/Ranged DPS/Melee DPS/Casters/Healers to help form new static raid groups.
We are looking for all players, even those who are looking to server transfer for the new expac!
