PS4 Party / Stream LS?

Is there (or would anyone be interested in) a PS4 Community LS on Sargatanas?

I've been playing this game since 2.0 beta and just started getting into streaming via twitch. I play on both PC and PS4 and really enjoy the banter I get between members of my static in Teamspeak while streaming there. It's much more fun when I put together a party chat to generate some conversation, but my PSN friend network is rather limited.

Mostly looking for players who may be interested in FFXIV-related party chats / streamed final coil and pony farms, etc, misc casual non-static play at all hours.
