Post-50 "Refreshers"?

To elaborate, I have all jobs at 50, and just now got started trying to get their relics. I'm nearly shaking off cobwebs and dust on some jobs due to how long ago it was since I had leveled them. Some I haven't touched at all after clearing their lvl 50 job quests.

Are there any dungeons that would be recommended to queue for to try to "refresh" my memory of how the job works WITHOUT ticking people off? I know some dungeons are part of the relic quest, so I can imagine how excited my party would be to read "Hey guys, haven't played X in awhile, so bear with me". ESPECIALLY if I queue as tank or healer. And ESPECIALLY since I haven't tanked or healed anything post-50 (meaning I haven't done mass pulls or anything).

Of course I could run something with my FC/linkshell, but considering it's just a few friends that aren't always online, I'm most likely looking at queuing solo.

Almost any dungeon that's easy enough to consider a refresher course dungeon is also in the relic chain at some point.
I'd go with Haukke Manor (Hard Mode) myself. It supports every play style pretty well while rewarding speedrun abilities very nicely.

You can always start from the bottom, do few runs on the low level dungeons with increasing level rane. That way you also get the skill amount increasing gradually. Being lowish level dungeons they are hard to fail even if you don't perform perfectly at first.

Yup, just start at Sastasha and make your way up :-) Time dependent of course, and depends on what you enjoy. I love the dungeons, so that would be my way. Each one generally adds a few new tricks, so it will come back pretty quick.
