PLD + BLM looking for LS Static for 3.0 Alex HM

T13 farm pre echo, Zeta staff, 4* crafter in all crafts

Both have been raiding together since September-ish 2013. We both take constructive criticism well, and we enjoy working together as a team to figure out what start works best for us instead of the generic "Mr. Happy" strat.

We are expecting a team that is willing to put in the time and effort to steadily progress during scheduled raid times. We are not expecting a 1-shot on every turn, but we also don't want to show up and get to phase 2 four raid nights in a row either. Progression, not perfection.

We put in the time both in and out of game/raid with looking up multiple strats, job builds, rotations, gear melds, as well as grind out the necessary dungeons/tomes on off-raid nights in order to get geared to give us the best opportunity to progress, and again, we expect the static to have a similar mindset.

We would like to raid around 3-4 nights a week to make sure we keep a steady momentum. Available days/times are:

• Su, Tu, We, Th: 8:30pm - 12:00am Eastern
• Fr, Sa: 8:30pm - anytime (within reason) Eastern

We would prefer to raid during the week, like a Tu-Fr or 3 of those 4 days, but we are flexible.

As the title states we are looking for an LS on Leviathan, we are not willing to leave the FC or server at this time.

We both are on PC and will be "keeping track" of our damage dealt/taken, etc. and we are both able to use TS3/Mumble.
