Steps:
1. I purchased the platinum band item 20 days ago. I did not start the quest, and the item is now gone from my inventory.

2. I first submitted an in-game report. That referred me to the site to submit a request. That referred me to here to make a bug report.

3. Firstly: I would like to get this item back (or receive a refund).
Secondly: I would like to recommend a better system for reporting things, one that does not send me on a wild-goose chase from game to webpage to forum.
