QOL - DOT Timers and Server Tick syncronisity issues.
Please look into how the Server Ticks and Dot clipping works when the server ticks are exact multiples of the Dot duration times.
Due to animation and latency delay it creates a large impact on the Arcanist class performance due to being so highly based around dot damage. (high probability of losing 10-20% of spell damage)
Possibly increase all Dot based actions by 1 second to alleviate the penalty of dot clipping prior to a Server generated tick that is near impossible to track.
