Reminds me of my old XI buddies from LS "Blaster" on Phoenix. Started out as 5 of us, 3WAR an RDM and WHM in valkurm. One of the WAR ended up becoming the best PLD on Phoenix server, first NA to get the defending ring too I believe (on Phoenix.)

I have a lot of fond memories of journeys in FFXI- a friend running up to a cactuar in Altep thinking it was another person and getting one-shotted, climbing Delkfutt for the first time as part of the mission strand, reaching Jeuno for the first time on a low level job, taking at least half an hour to get a chocobo from Sandy to Windy because I didn't have my airship pass yet... so many things that make me smile because of the people I shared these events with.
I have some fun memories of FFXIV so far, but not that many on the road to 50. Let's hope there is the opportunity for more ^^
