Where's the Deputy Post-Moogle gone?!

It seems like the Deputy Post-Moogle isn't where he should be or anywhere for that matter. :/

Time: Ever since one of the past patches.

Frequency: Now

World name: Sargatanas

Character name: Chrono Duelar

NPC name: Deputy Post-Moogle

Area and coordinates: He should be in Lower Limsa Decks X:10, Y:11 I guess.

Details: I've completed about half the quests, but unfortunately ever since a few patches ago he's not where he's supposed to be and thus I can't finish the last half! Anything you can do to help would be awesome!

He's only there if he actually has any quests for you. You are missing one of the pre-requisites for the remaining quests. You need to complete Marcette's quests in Central Shroud before you can get any more quests.
