Equanimity / Surecast effectiveness...

Is it me or do these sometimes not really work as stated in the tooltips? Just what does and what doesn't interrupt casts when Equanimity or Surecast are up?

It doesn't stop interupts that stop your character. Stuns, sleeps, silence and knock backs. As they are considered independent of cast bar. But any pounding that would interrupt will not stop you.

Luckily when you blow these skills is exactly when people use their stun on you. Why? Because they don't need to stun you any other time, because they can simply: 1) hit you 2) run away 3) run in circles around you. Seriously, being a caster in PvP is the least fun you could possibly have if you don't have a cadre of bodyguards preventing anyone from touching you.

Divine seal, Swiftcast, Medica II, Regen, Attunement. Laugh as DPS who don't pay attention to statuses try to kill me.

Alternatively, take advantage of the fact to get DPS to stop attacking nodes. Or make them stop directly with holy if they decide to focus XD
