Feedback for GM Shmanington

I was recently contacted by GM Shmanington regarding a harassment report I had filed. GM Shmanington was very polite, professional, and pleasant to speak with. I was wholly satisfied with the quality of customer service I received. Thank you very much.

These posts need to be higher in number, unfortunately unlike WoW FFXIV doesnt have optional GM feedback apart from this forum. Also unlike wow, I'm yet to be harassed by a GM.
