Missing Titles from 1.0

I have been trying to solve the issue of my missing titles since the beginning of 2.0. I kept getting the same generic emails for months until I was finally contacted in-game. I provided all the information they asked for and they still said they cannot verify my information. the information they asked for is:

2.0 Character Name: Screaming Tiger
2.0 Character World: Exodus
1.0 Character Name: Berlioz Vondoogi
1.0 Character World: Karnak
Missing Titles: "Crystal Bearer" For achievement "Chock Full of Elemental Goodness"
(I may be missing more titles but I do not know, it's hard enough to verify just this one.)

Why can it not be verified?

The GM said "There was a cutoff period during the 1.0 game in which players were required to save their data. There may have been a possibility that you did not meet this deadline."

I saved my data. I play this game with my two brothers and for some reason only one of us was able to claim the 1.0 titles. This is strange because we did almost everything together including the atamos fight where we got the over-aspected crystals for the achievement.

I am only reporting this in the bugs section because a Gm told me to. Please find this data from 1.0. I do not know what other information I can provide to get this resolved. I have the achievement in my current log. There should be no reason not to give it to me.
