Bazaar/currency tabs

I understand why when seeking an item or when seeking repairs money needs to be set aside.

What I don't understand is why the gil set aside for these features needs to take up inventory space in our bazaars.

Wouldn't it be possible to have a listing in our currency tab for money set aside for repairs and seeking items?

They could've possibly set up the framework to involve multiple currencies

I like the idea of multiple currencies.
