FC Rank Emblems

I have just recently formed a new FC on Shiva, and I'm curious as to whether the emblems displayed beside ranks can be altered, (EX: The red emblem beside the "master" rank, the blue shield beside the next lowest rank, ect), or if each rank is simply stuck with whichever emblem is created when that rank is created? I'm not seeing an option as of yet, but I'm curious if I'm just missing something, or if it will unlock later as my company's rank increases....

I'm also not talking about the over all FC emblem that you can emblazon on clothing. I'm talking about the individual rank emblems that are displayed in the FC menu.....
