Request: Let us turn Alexandrite back in for seals

So I initially did the relic weapon quest with the best of intentions. Got around 20 or so Alexandrite (back when hunt seals were the only way to earn them). Now that we're coming upon expansion time in a few months, it seems 2.0 Relic won't matter as much (in the "nice to have, not a game-changer sort of way).

I got about halfway through the Atma books before I said "nope." to the grind. I'd really like to turn these Alexandrites back into seals since they'll just be sitting in my retainer's inventory, gathering dust.

EDIT: Whoops, I should've clarified. I bought Alexandrite with seals before I ever got to the part where you could get them (Alex) from maps and the daily quest. Essentially, I spent seals on them in preparation for the next stage of grind.

It was never the only way. There was always the daily quest from the start.

What you ask is not only to turn in Alexandrite for Allied Seals, but also earning Allied Seals with a daily quest, with tomes and FATEs outside of daily hunt at the same time (because you get Alexandrite from them).

Could support this idea...still getting Alex from Fates with my Zeta equipped. Don't need any more ATM. Only plan to finish one more relic and I already have the Alex needed to finish that once I manage to get the last of the materia I want for my bow. Doesn't need to be the original purchase amount either.

As someone mentioned, hunts have never been the only way to get alexendrite (which says a lot with player interpretation when it comes to how OP'd hunts are...). There was a daily for alexendrites as well as FATE drops and tomestones before hunts were ever included. What you're asking for is making a currency thats exclusive to hunts to be...not exclusive to hunts anymore.

What the devs could do is give us GC seals for them.
or make them a quest item for the next weapon upgrade questline.

Or make Alexandrite tradeable/sellable. Would be a reasonable way to help people catch up on that part of the quest.

Some bone would be nice. I have 130 Alex just rotting. I was planning on doing another Zeta but the Animus stage is too much to stomach doing again.

If you ever make multiple relics you will regret this post.

Please make the logs trade-able for Allied Seals so I can get more alexandrites for my 10 relics

I think this Forum topic was miss-written.
Suggestion: More routes to Alexandrite (Poe, Sol, GC Seals, Market board (YEAH I SAID IT; MARKET BOARD (this wouldn't be an issue if something was done about RMT (not holding my breath)))).
