Account Region Problem

I been playing the game now on the PS3 for a while but recently bought a PS4, I missed the PS3 > PS4 convert date so i went and bought the game.
Turns out that it was American copy of the game although i got it from a UK retailer. I searched and found a few answer saying just make a new account in a US region which i did and i register the game.
That was PSN sorted, i tried to login into my account in game and now it saying am loggin into the account from a different region.

Anyway to get around this? i know you can't change your region on psn account but is it possible with my sqaure enix account?.
