Urt's Font

Can someone tell me why theres so many people offering a soul binding in Urth's Font party in the party finder?

It is the only area in the open where lv50 easy to kill and reasonably fast spawning monsters (Water Sprites) can be found.
You can pull them together around the big Aetheryte formation in the centre and mass kill them. Very little effort and very fast kills.

It's literally the only place you can spiritbind at. Kinda creates a bit of a bottleneck though.

There are few other places, 2 plasmoid spots and some two birds with one stone kind of grind spots also..

But for a group capable of aoe, it is the fastest. Not for me though I don't like to have other people rely on me or vice versa and keeping my pace up, so I just sb alone at my own pace.
