Hi everyone. I'm not that tech savvy. I downloaded the benchmark and tried to run it but I keep getting error messages. I used the dxdiag in the start menu and it says I have directx 11. I'm not sure what the problem is. When I run the benchmark I'll see the screen load up with the option to run the benchmark or open character creation but when I click either option, it just says it has stopped working and windows is checking for a solution. Any ideas? Thanks.
One of three things come to mind. You might need to run as Administrator (if you haven't), a file might have been corrupted, or you need to maybe update something that the benchmark uses to run. If it's the second, try redownloading the benchmark. If it's the last one, not sure what this game (or the benchmark) might rely on. Could be your drivers for the GPU even. The last one would be the most problematic if that were the case, since it'd be nothing but trial and error, unless your errors get noted and you can find something to trace to on your event manager... doubtful though. I'm not at work, so I haven't been able to test out the benchmark at all yet (in case I get a similar error).
Another possibility... Did you remember to unzip it?
