Is it normal for SE to not put payments through immediately and to put placeholder fees on your creditcard for something as simple as a 90 day subscription? Because that's what happened to me and it's never happened before.

Problem is solved through tech support.
Paid for my sub yesterday 3pm CST. Still showing as inactive on Mogstation. I have no idea what's going on here. There's $1.20 charge to my credit card but that's it.
What probably happened is SE is asking for permission to charge your card hence the 1.20$ fee. Have you changed card or bank recently?
If it goes through ok, they should charge you the full amount you payed shortly. If they do not, check with your bank to see if the payment was accepted or not. :)
I called my credit card company and they told me that no request for payment is going through so there is literally nothing to charge, so I'm thinking there is an issue somewhere else on SE's side. I got in touch with tech support via mogstation and they told me they can't help me because they have no access to that kind of info.
Paid for my sub on the 27th and still not actice, I'd like to know what the hell is going on here? Twice support is completely useless in helping me resolve this issue and this hasn't happened to me before, ever. So annoyed...
