Seperate DX11 client

Hello

So I hear there's going to be a separate client just for dx 11. Is that going to be a whole new download of the original game along with the expansion then or just an update to the original game?

DX11 download will include everything. It will only block off the Heavensward content if you have not purchased it.

Whole new client with all new files that need to be downloaded.
