Sign up to threads not working properly

Whenever I sign up to get notifications from a thread I select instantly by e-mail, however I never get an e-mail notification and I have to log onto the site everytime to see if there has been any replys. Our linkshell website also uses the same forums as the lodestone and I get those without a porblem. Another small thingis that on our Ls website we have a choice to sign up to threads automatically if we write a comment however this function dosen't seem to be on the lodestone (it would be nice if it was).
