Erm... Heterochromatic eyes have been in the game since ARR release, nearly two years ago.

The crafting of ridiculous Mary Sue I'm-a-special-snowflake eyes has been in there from the start! :p

TECHNICALLY they existed in 1.0 as well, but were exclusive to miqo'te.
And yeah. Been around for quite a while

Not quite central heterochromia. It's a Limbal Ring, which is a bit different from central heterochromia.
