Heavensward Benchmark and Windws 7 32bit = No DirectX 11?

Downloaded the Benchmark earlier and was running some tests on my system, mainly to see what was going to happen when DirectX 11 became mainstream (and if I needed to finally upgrade my rig ^.^;; ). So downloaded it, loaded it up and met with an interesting dialog window, noting that the system HAD to have a 64bit OS. So I started doing some digging and made sure I had it even loaded (Which it was), checked my GPU (NVIDIA GTS 450 - I know, Old) for DirectX 11 Support, which it does and even went and did a full update on the drivers just to make sure. Reloaded the Benchmark and the thing STILL will not kick over to DirectX 11 and keeps running in 9.

So main question is this: With Heavensward, is it going to be mandatory to have a 64bit OS in order to use DirectX 11 or is this just a thing for the Benchmark... Or due to so early in the morning, did I just miss a setting somewhere?

well... that's quite bad news indeed. DX11 has been around for long. I even already played several DX11 games like Batman Arkham series.

And that is the issue being asked. Is SE going to force hands with Heavensward and DirectX 11. I'm personally just hoping this is a thing with the Benchmark and will NOT be an issue with the actual release. DirectX 11 runs just fine in a 32bit environment, so why are they trying to force the 64bit idea? Personally, I'd be able to move up to a 64bit (been looking for a reason anyway), but for those that don't have access to a 64bit version or the money to get one, I figured this question could come p, so went ahead and got the ball rolling so we can get an answer from SE regarding this.
