I really wish SE would lift and change some of the restriction on the crafting facility/workstation. They take 3 star to make. And they are absolutely useless to the 3 star crafter after making them. For so much effort, these workstation/facility should have more benefits. For example, make it accessible by a level 50 instead of 40 below. Change the bonus to +10 CP, craftsmanship, and Control. This change shouldn't be game breaking and it would make more sense.
Agreed, these fall short of their potential particularly in relation to the investment in resources to craft. They're outsize decorations, in essence. A Blacksmith for example, who builds a BSM workbench would ironically never get to use it. I get that they're to help FC develop crafters but even then the expenditure of resources is hardly scaled to the benefit it gives. A more ideal choice for these workbenches would be for them to give some kind of crafting bonus on the scale of what you'd get from the use of a lvl 1 FC buff or aetherial wheel when someone up to and including lvl 50 for that class uses the station.
