Soloable old content for Vanity purpose

Is that possible?
Low lvl DF still exist like normal with currency rewards and so.
This soloable Idea is just for Vanity only drop item without stat.
I think mounts also considered Vanity.
What's the pro & cons about that?

I believe with heavensward they will be adding in NPCs to fill DF for low level content so "average wait time" would be just that and once you wait then you'll have NPCs fill the other spots... At least I heard that was planned...

Hopefully that's true soo low levels won't get burned out by waiting 4+ hours on DF lol
