Soo, how do people lvl?

Leves run out very quickly, grinding solo is slow if you don't have at least a great setup, nobody seems to want to grind as a party, and behests can only be done once an hour and no one really does them anyways.

So am I missing a secret?

I'm not complaining in the sense that I hate whats going on, I am really just looking to figure out the most proficient way to level.

Any suggestions?

BTW, Behests shouldn;t have a 1hr timer, they were better before.

It takes a lot of time and luck, but you will eventually come across people shouting for groups in Uldah for grind/ leve link and so on.

I level solo in leves most of time, nothing is really happening. Leves might work for you as well if you cant find party.

pre20
- i did solo leve's and solo grind

r20-30
- solo leve's and grind party

r35-50
- leve link and grind party

if you wait for the next patch, you can just have someone power level you

i missed all the party grind i managed to max all my classes in a 8man leve static b4 the changes... and now left with nothing to do><

but everyone in ls seems to be doing lots of party grinds, they not big parties mind you but seems to be i think 4man stuff. like the poster above u will need to shout, or find a linkshell, maybe join a few linkshells that are socials and pretty big in numbers and you'll find groups pretty quick, the game is empty server population wise and people have fallen into grouping with shell members cause it's just easier then trying to find people. feels like i'm in warhammer and u can't get a dungeon going with pugs if your life depended on it these days but it's just for grinds ><

This is sadly all there is to it. Lots of time and luck. You'll spend much more time sitting around than even FFXI :(

unless your on a less populated server, their are shouts going on for all sorts of parties all the time

I'm on Lindblum and people aren't shouting all the time. Even when they do shout, it takes about an hour to get an actual party together.

Very true, also the OP is in what I like to call "the dead zone" Ranks 25-33.

Being at those ranks makes the game feel slow and downright impossible at times.

You wak a mob till it dies, and repeat that until you level.

Or wait for 1.19 and then you wak a mob and friend waks + defeats mob and you repeat that until you level.
