Housing Questions Regarding 3.0 Housing Changes.

So my Free Company was able to purchase a relatively cheap Large on Balmung (Finally) from another player who was holding onto it to sell (unfortunately.)

We have finished furnishing it, yet there are still some areas that are very blank or lack anything. These areas are mainly walls, but there are some locations in our large that have very little in them.

Will the 3.0 housing adjustments see an increase in the number of furnishings one can place in all housing types? Maybe increase the amount of furnishings we can place by 100 or 200 depending on the house type?

Will we also see an increase in the amount of furnishings we can have in our yards? Maybe by an additional 15-25 dependent on the house type?

And then there is the access of balconies for larges.. there are already doors to these balconies both inside and outside the house; when will these be opened up for use?

Also; these workshop basements for airships and house crafting; Will there be an additional flight of stairs added to the cellars of our current homes? Or will it be a door in the Cellar that leads to it?

The dev team specifically said this will be the next housing adjustment before adding more plots: to increase the capacity of existing plots.
