Latency issues

From 3 or 4 days now I'm experiencing heavy latency during the gameplay, strange thing is I'm monitoring the connection with the server and my internet link and I have no issues with both.

My internet speed stays at 50Mb minimum and only 1% of pakage loss during 1,5 hours of play.

I called the ISP they told that there is no problem with my connection ... I dont know anymore what to do, any sugestions ?

I'm having similar issues, which started yesterday.

Been having the same issue since Wednesday.
Been bugging my ISP who swear it's not on their end (and I trust them, because they always help me when I have problems, plus a relative works there, so I trust him).

Terrible lag since Wednesday, suddenly everything freeze for a few seconds, and then I see everything that happened between these seconds in fast forward.

EDIT: Also, two disconnects from Lobby server error today. Come ON Square-Enix, please. :(
