Support for PS3 and FFXIV redeem code

I really need assistance with installing this game on a PS3!

Nine days ago i went onto the PSN store and downloaded the trial version of FFVIX. I enjoyed it so much that five days later i logged onto their mogstation account and purchased the "collectors edition" with that 30 day free subscription thing. Once i was done I tried to log back into my FFXIV account to play and it told me that i didn't have service and needed a digital code .... But the collectors edition i got off of mogstation came with no code (not even the emails mentioned any).

After searching all over the place i called FFXIV customer support and was told that i purchased the WIN version of the collectors edition and that there was no refund followed by a "hope to see you on Ffxiv" and a end call.

Frustrated, but still determined to play, i went to Walmart and bought the PS3 version of the game... Went home and tried to input the code on the back of the manual in two different redeem code places on the playstation. I keep getting "invalid code" and "might already be in use" responses before it locked me out of my account.

Now i do not know what to do and am very confused. Does this mean i cannot play the game at all? Please help me.... If it helps the redeem code on the back of the manual is clearly readable with no O B or D or Q so i can read it. I also registered the very long code ingot on square enix and linked my account to ps3 from there... I even updated my credit card information too. I did everything 20 times over just to make sure.... The only thing that isnt working now is the redeem code on the back of the book.

Have you logged the code into your MogStation Subcription? If memory serves, that is where the code is used to make your account active.
