Traid Free Play
This game has a lot of random rule modes for traid people can choose between, but the most significant and important option when setting the rules for a match is missing. I think when 2 people are versing, they should be able to play a mode where people can use any of their cards in their deck, no restrictions other than what cards you've managed to get.
The restriction when fighting the computers could stay, just to keep it challenging to beat them. However when playing with friends, I don't want a handicap in my favor. When I got to 30 cards, none of my friends wanted to play anymore. What fun is it building up a deck with your favorite characters if the game is so unbalanced, none of your friends want to verse and are either grinding npcs endlessly when they do play or given up on triad.

I made one deck of each kind. So I can ask how many cards a person has before playing.
Not a real solution though, but if you're up for a few games with a friend... it's better than destroying him!

When I'm versing my friends, they don't want to win sometimes because I'm holding back. They'd rather not play if they know all their victories come from you holding back. The rule set is so unfair it demotivates anyone from wanting to verse in traid, even though it was a cool concept before the extreme deck restrictions on those who don't have all the cards became known. Its a pretty cool game, but playing the computer over and over again gets old. In the Gold Saucer I can never find enough people wanting to play to even use up all my points. When I find people, they are either limited to 1 stars for most of their deck and done after one game. Or they have a deck full of 3 star and up cards, so they put their deck way after 1 or 2 games because my mostly 2 star and 1 5 star deck isn't a real match. Even if I'm willing to take the losses fighting those up a tier, they get bored quickly winning when its rigged so heavily in their favor.
