I'm having an issue downloading a patch on my PC, it's on wireless so maybe that's the issue but it's downloading at between 0.5 and 0.04 MB/S on the PC and usually doesn't finish and just ends with an error saying it can't download patch.
on my PS4 I don't have the issue it downloads between 3 to 5 mb/s any help? I checked my router and I don't have any port forwarding or anything setup.
My Connection speed is 30mbps on Cable.
Is the slow download speed you are mentioning only happening for the FFXIV launcher or all downloads in general on your PC?
Are you by any chance using an AMD graphics card? If so, you can see if you have an Application called "AMD QuickStream" installed (it's included in the Catalyst suite). Try uninstalling it, then reboot and see if your speed is back to normal.
To look into this further it would be great to know more about your computer, could you save your DxDiag-information and share it on pastebin?
