*when I came back from my break I logged in and started the process of moving my character to Phoenix server so the issue could have been in Excalibur or phoenix

Steps:
1- I have decided to come back to the game since Square Enix finally added UK based Servers.
2- As soon as I logged in I started the process of moving my character
3- when the transfer was conducted I have noticed that most of my Retainer stuff are gone (especially my Materias)
4- I have contacted the GM and Square Enix support and they have instructed me to submit a bug report
