The Launcher stop working

Hi guys. This morning I started playing as always. After 20 minuts in game, it crushed.
Then I wanted to restart and after opening the launcher it sais:

"WELCOME TO FINAL FANTASY XIV!

The following steps are required in order to begin your free trial on FF XIV. Please follow the onescreen instructions to complete the required procedures."

Then I have two options:

-Set up a Square Enix Account
-Register for a free trial.

If I choose the first one it sais that Im already registered in FF XIV so I can't get registered for the free trial.

The fact is that I did the free trial 1 week ago, but now Im playing full game.
What can I do to play again?

I just readed in other forums that I've downloaded the free trial launcher. And after using the full game, this launcher doesn't works anymore and I need to download the
"normal launcher game". Is this the problem?

BTW I was playing on this launcher with the full game mode during 4 days, and today it stoped working.

Never used the free trial version before, but the normal launcher can be downloaded from here:
http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/

Sorry - just don't know much about how the free trial stuff works.

I want to add that when it crashed, appeared the Windows blue screen. After that was when I reiniciate the PC and the launcher changed. There wasn't the ID and Password Option to play
