Can't transfer from Free Trial to Full Game

Hello, so last month I started the 14 day free trial withouth a problem, last week it ended and a few days ago I was ready to transfer to the full version.
I went to the Mog Station and hit "Transfer to Regular Service", I registered and then it asked me for the code, so I add the funds to my wallet and I try to add the game to the cart but I get an error saying "the game is unavailable to purchase at the moment", I try from a browser and I get another error, this time it says I'm "not authorized to purchase or download the game". And this is the only game that gives me errors when I try to purchase it.
I've since been investigating and found out that on the XMB under Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List I have the Free Trial still activated, is says I have 1 remaining (1 what? Download?) but it has no expiration date and there's no option to delete it from there, a friend of mine managed to replicate this problem: he activated the trial on another account and it showed up on the Services List, then he got the same errors when trying to purchase the full game so we concluded that this must be the problem.
Of course an easy solution would be to buy the game from another account but I already have the funds on this one and it's not like I can spend another 20 dollars, so I want to know if there is any way to get rid of the Free Trial from the Services List.
I have not found an answer to this anywhere so any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't have a key, the Store won't let me purchase the game in the first place.

Got the same problem, along with another friend; she's out of trial time, and it still won't let her buy it. Tried going through and getting it on the browser store too, but it gave a similar error, with the reasoning being I already purchased it. All I've purchased is the free trial, so the issue seems related to some download service believing we own the product by mistaking the trial for the full game, and thus not allowing us to buy it for the registration.

This feels like it's a recent issue, because I was able to add it to my basket over a week ago, while still playing the free trial. And another friend who had about one day left (or recently ran out on trial time, can't quite remember) was able to purchase it off PSN without issues just about two days prior.

Would really like to hear something related to this.

Try going to the list of games that you have already purchased, I think it's inside the PS Store in your PS3, on the left side at the bottom of the menu (I think u only have to go to the "Library" on your PS4 but there is also an option inside the PS Store there). Anyway, so just go there, read through the list and maybe you will find the game there and probably u may be able to download it from that list. Good Luck \o/

The problem is we can't even purchase the game or even redeem a code from a physical copy (as someone on the PS3 forums confirmed) because the trial is somehow still active.

Can confirm this with two other players; our physical copy codes are being rejected. PSN still won't even let us dream of buying it, and now that we paid money, that won't fly either.

For all intents and purposes, we now cannot play a game we own.

A friend of mine and I are also experiencing this issue. Every time we try to add it to cart, it says it "cannot be purchased at this time." I know this is a recent problem too, because I was able to add it to my cart without issue around a week ago, and I was still playing the free trial. Had I known something would break between now and then, I'd have obviously avoided this ahead of time.

Making new characters is not a favorable option, and really shouldn't be one we'd have to do. Something on someone elses end broke, not ours

I've got the exact same problem. Wasn't sure if I'd like the game so opted for the free trial and found that I absolutely love it! Played till I reached the level cap then spent the entire weekend being thwarted by PSN repeatedly refusing to sell me the full game.

Foolishly I added the funds to my account before I knew there was a problem so creating a new account or suchlike to buy it is no option for me. Plus I don't want to have to start all over again with a new character. Really hope they get this fixed as soon as possible

We've gotten a few replies from Sony support, very few though. The most promising is the idea that the "psn store update" will fix the issue, and it's not by much. Still, we're escalating the issue, so now isn't the time to stop.

This isn't an issue we can solve ourselves. We clearly need help, and the best way to do that is to ask for it everywhere we can. If you can spare a few minutes to call Square or Sony support, or even submit inquiries and reports on the matter, that's helpful for everyone trying to see an end to this problem.
