How's the housing market in Zalera?

I'm planning on transferring to the Zalera server and I want to buy a house at some point. Do anyone know if there are any empty plots for sale on that server

There are, but there are no smalls. A bunch of Mediums and Larges left. Mists has the least amount of housing left with 9 Mediums left, No larges. Goblet has a crap ton of Mediums and Larges left with just under 60 Mediums left and 9 Larges left. And Lavender Beds has very few left as well with 22 Mediums and 5 Larges.

Correction there are some smalls. Not many though. Only one small in Goblet, Mists, and Lavender Beds through out all wards.
