Unlocked 1.0 Titles Not Available

I had unlocked the Legacy titles "Wild Thing", "The Winter Wyrm", and "Cascadier" in version 1.0. However, these are not currently available to me to use.

Steps:
1. Opened Achievements menu
2. Made sure Legacy achievements were unlocked
3. Opened character menu
4. Checked all titles in 'Title' dropdown menu
5. Legacy titles were not there
